Well, on Halloween we made our first attempt at baking bagels. If we can trust all our guinea pigs, they turned out pretty well! We’ll keep messing around with them, and hopefully we’ll have them available in the stores soon.
Here is the finished oven after it had a bit of time to dry. Here too is the first major firing after the cobbing and repairs to the fire box.
